This page is an example of some of the study materials or other resources that I’ve provided students. I believe in a solution-focused approach, which in this context means finding the study methods and resources that work for a student, and doing more of that. This page, more than anything else, is an encouragement to explore and try different things. For example, I tend to struggle significantly with restless energy when I study. The solution I’ve found to this is that I study as much as I can by standing up, moving around, pacing, etc. I work at a standing desk wherever possible, and regularly do light exercises between breaks. If I can, I stand in the back of a class instead of sitting. The point is, do what works for you!
